$1,368.00

Roman Era

Do you know what it means to combine the poles of glory, generosity, and beauty? This inspired piece from the "Starting and Finishing Point" in the Roman arena of the ancient city of Tyre will illustrate that for you. This stone was placed in the Roman arena to mark the starting and finishing point of the race during the Olympic Games. In its center, there is a flower adorned with a laurel wreath, symbolizing victory that the winner places on their head. On either side, there are palm fronds, symbolizing blessing and good luck. This design dates back to the third historical period of the city of Tyre, namely the Roman era from 64 BCE to 313 CE.
